Chat sessions are temporary. MedBookPro does not permanently store AI clinical conversations to protect patient privacy.

Yes, when you ask about a specific patient, Medic can look up their records, allergies, medications, and appointment history from your practice database. Only authenticated staff members can access this.

During the free beta, all features including AI are completely free. After beta, Medic AI is included in Professional ($149/mo) and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans at no extra cost.
